Group Executive Chef

Perak-born Chef Justin started young in the F & B Industry at the age of 13. He ventured to KL at the age of 15 to work as a kitchen apprentice and rose through the ranks at various Chinese restaurants. He was trained under a Hong Kong chef in Shanghai Palace and Dragon Court. In 1993, he joined Tai Thong Restaurant Group and was promoted to be a Chef within a year attributed to his remarkable performance.

The Oriental Group

In November 2000, The Oriental Group of Restaurants started operations with its first restaurant, The Oriental in Jaya Shopping Centre, Section 14, PJ. To date, the Group operates nine (9) restaurants at strategic locations around the Klang Valley. They are Noble House & Noble Banquet, The Ming Room in Bangsar Shopping Centre.

The Ming Room

The Ming Room serves authentic Cantonese cuisine and offers continuous new creative variations. The Ming Room opened in August 2003 and is reputed as the most established Chinese restaurant in the Bangsar and Damansara area.
